Soundscapes
A hobby of mine is recording interesting ambient sounds from the environment. Listening back, these soundscapes can have a transportive effect and give a strong sense of what it feels like in another world. As a more practical application, these recordings can be used to indicate the health of an ecosystem by showcasing a portion of its species richness. Either way, close your eyes and enjoy these compilations from Panama and Peru.
